What does amusez-vous bien mean?

It literally means:

This is the classic way French people are wishing each other to have a great time and to have some fun. 

Another famous way to express such things is "Profitez bien".

How to use it

You have a friend going to Canada, you can wish him/her: "Amuse-toi bien au Canada !" (Have fun in Canada!)

Now if you have several friends going to Brazil, you might use instead: "Amusez-vous bien au Brésil !" (Have fun in Brazil!)

If you want to use this sentence in a formal situation, you have to use the same version as the plural one. So if your boss is going to India, you might say "Amusez-vous bien en Inde." (Have fun in India). Even if he is going alone.
