Il n'y a pas de sous-entendu ni d'interprétation cachée.

Mais quand vous parlez au "second degré" cela veut dire que vous faites de l'ironie, du sarcasme ou de l'humour.

Elle a décidé de porter une robe très courte et des talons hauts.

Puis quand elle a demandé à son copain Pierre ce qu'il en pensait, il a répondu :

Alors Brigitte comprend que Pierre se moquait d'elle et pensait exactement l'inverse...
So Brigitte understands that Pierre was making fun of her and was thinking exactly the opposite...
Elle rit et dit, au second degré :

ta gueuleLiterally: Your mouth
!
Oh, shut up!
Et Pierre rit...
And Pierre laughs...
